Payments, tax, cancellation & refunds

PAYMENTS

As a member of PR Dispatch you have agreed to a subscription based service which includes recurring payments and therefore membership fees will be taken on a recurring basis.

Payments are subject to the type of membership you have signed up to;

The starter membership will be a recurring monthly charge from the start date of the membership.

The quarterly membership will be a recurring charge every three months from the start date of the membership.

The annual membership shall be a recurring charge every year from the start date of the membership. 

PR Dispatch will automatically withdraw the funds so you do not lose access to your content. The monthly / quarterly / yearly renewal subscription fees will continue to be billed to the payment method provided automatically, until cancelled, which is your responsibility.

CANCELLATION

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership and you can cancel your membership at any point.

If you wish to cancel your membership it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before it renews each month / quarter / year in order to avoid billing of the next period’s subscription fee to the payment method you provided. In the event you do want to cancel but you do not cancel before your next subscription payment PR Dispatch will not be liable to repay this back to you. If you cancel you will still have access to the membership content until what would have been your next payment date. This does not include memberships with one singular payment and if you cancel those within 14 days you will lose access to content immediately.

HOW TO CANCEL

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership to your subscription. To cancel log in to your PR Dispatch membership select profile and then plan or billing and select ‘cancel subscription’ button. Finally confirm your cancellation via the ‘cancel subscription’ button.

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be paid for any subscriptions paid for or in partial-month period.

UK VAT

All sales (to both UK and rest of world) are marked up by 20% inline with UK VAT. Purchases made within the UK will be eligible for a 20% VAT breakdown invoice. Sales made outside the UK will show the 20% mark up. In this instance this additional charge is retained by PR Dispatch to cover associated administration of rest of world transactions. We do not offer reverse VAT or VAT refunds.
