Bounce back from a pitch?

The press move around regularly. We’re checking and updating database details all the time, but if an email does bounce back, forward the bounce back chain to bounceback@prdispatch.com.

Before forwarding please check:
1. That the contact you are flagging as a bounce back is still listed as the current contact. The fastest way to do this is by heading to the database, typing in the feature you pitched to and looking to see which contact is listed.

2. That the bounce back you have received is not:

• an out of office annual leave

• alert for undelivered due to file size attached
